Improve Science Process Skills and Learning Outcomes with The Quantum Learning Model

Learning in elementary schools that has not been optimal involving students actively will have a negative impact on science process skills and learning outcomes. Students be involved if the applied model involves to experience as whole. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which carried out two cycles.. Retrieval of data using observation sheet outcome test questions. The results obtained indicate with Quantum can improve students. Increasing average obtains very good criteria. improved include; 1) Formulating Problems, 2) hypotheses, 3) Observing, 4) Collecting data, 5) concluding, 6) Communicating. Furthermore, outcomes by increase from cycle I 73.68%, increasing 89.47% Cycle II. So grade V Elementary School.
